For any exchange or return please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving you order for a return authorisation number.
Once you receive your return authorisation number, the order must be returned within 7 days.
Returns will only be accepted back where the item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. In the event a return does not meet the set standard we reserve the right to reject the item.
The return shipping method and costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommend you post your return via a trackable method and retain proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed.

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be received and processed.
Violetta’s Shoes may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in it’s original condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.
In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, or a replacement item, providing stock is available. These terms do not cover wear and tear. Violetta’s Shoes requires the item to be returned in order to issue a refund or replacement.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the fault and your order number.
Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase
Due to health and hygiene reasons, jewellery is unable to be returned for a credit note, exchange or refund.
Please take care when purchasing items from our Sale section, as these items cannot be exchanged, refunded, returned or credited for an incorrect purchase, incorrect size, change of mind or circumstance.
